What gets collected

Only what you type into the request form, which is:

Your name, phone number and ZIP code — required, because nobody can quote a job without them
Your email address and street address — optional
What the problem is, how urgent it is, whether it’s a home or a business, and whether you’re already a customer
Anything you write in the description, and any photos you attach

If you’d rather not fill in a form, call or text (240) 520-4450. Nothing is collected by this website when you do.

What it’s used for

Getting back to you about your request, and doing the work if you go ahead. That’s it. You will not be added to a mailing list, and nothing is sold, rented or traded to anyone.

Who else sees it

Two companies handle it on the way to Buckie’s, and neither of them uses it for anything of their own:

Vercel hosts this website and passes your form on. Like every web host, it keeps short-lived technical logs that include IP addresses.
Resend delivers the form to Buckie’s inbox as an email.

Beyond that, your details go to Buckie's Bug Solutions LLC and stop there. There are no advertising trackers, no marketing pixels and no third-party chat widgets anywhere on this site.

Visitor statistics

This site counts page views so Buckie's Bug Solutions LLC can see which pages people actually use. It is measured by Vercel, the same company that hosts the site, and it records only the page visited, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and what kind of device was used. No cookie is set, nothing follows you to other websites, and nothing identifies you personally.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and does not track you between visits. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking, which is why you aren’t being asked to click a cookie banner.

How long it’s kept

Requests arrive as an ordinary email and are kept as long as they’re useful for serving you — job history, warranty questions, scheduling the next visit. Ask and it will be deleted.

Asking for a copy, a correction, or deletion

Email buckiesbugsolutions@gmail.com or call (240) 520-4450 and say what you want done. No special form, no fee.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging pest control for a property. It isn’t directed at children, and information isn’t knowingly collected from them.

Security

The whole site is served over an encrypted connection, and the form is sent encrypted. No system is perfect, so please don’t send anything through the form you wouldn’t put in an email — there’s never a reason to send payment details or a Social Security number, and nobody at Buckie’s will ask for them through this website.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version replaces this page. It was last updated 25 September 2026.
